App Terms Of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RunWave mobile application (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

RunWave grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You shall not:

  • Distribute, sublicense, or lease the App

  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers

3. User Content

You may create, upload, or share content within the App (“User Content”). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant RunWave a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with the App.

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. RunWave does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunWave shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Termination

RunWave may terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdon, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

8. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RunWave regarding the use of the App.
